Private One on One Classes Available

Gentle

  • For beginners or those with experience who want to take it slow and easy Easy warm-ups, gentle stretching, and basic postures.

Moderate

  • For students who have practiced yoga postures and breathing for 6 months or more. The intention of this class is to enter into an internal, meditative practice of yoga

 

Semi Private

Classes can be formed from among your friends, family, co-workers and others.
Put together your own class to meet your special needs and schedule.

Private 

Private Yoga sessions are available for those who wish to learn in a one-on-one environment, to review posture details, to supplement group classes, to learn modifications for specific needs (for example, chronic shoulder pain; tight hips).
